WOW....That's Customer Service.... For going out of their way to provide exceptional customer service, each of these employees received a WOW pin and a cash award was presented at a recent staff meeting. A great big THANK YOU to each of you for putting the customer first!
A new patient to the Surgery and Specialty clinic was dropped off for his appointment and was to call for his ride when he was finished with his visit. The patient was unable to contact his ride and was unable to walk due to his leg injury, so Ernie Cruz, LPN, gave the patient a ride home!
Carter Arnold, Medical Technologist, was on surgical leave of absence and during this time the Vitros 250 in the Central Lab had tests that would require calibration. Carter is the prime operator who performs this procedure. Carter came in on his own time and without being asked and talked the lab staff through the procedure! |

patient had arrived 3 hours early for her appointment. She mentioned that she
was starting to get hungry but wasn’t able to leave so Jeanne Lewis,
registrar at Surgery and Specialty, went to Sonic and bought the patient lunch!
