We are very pleased to introduce three new physicians who will be joining the PMG team later this year.

Dr. Stephanie Shultz is a board certified pediatrician and will join the Pediatric Center in early July. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed her residency training in pediatrics at the National Capital Consortium in Washington, DC.  Dr. Shultz has been serving in the United States Army at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital since July 1998.  Dr. Shultz is married with twin daughters.  Because they are active in their church and enjoy spending time with their friends, they decided to stay in Clarksville after her military obligation was over this summer.

Dr. George Lu is completing his residency training in family practice in late June.  He will join our Family Practice Center on August 1.  He earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois and is completing his residency training at the University of California Los Angeles-Northridge Family Practice Residency.  He and his wife have one daughter.  His interests outside of medicine include cello and guitar performance, computers, tennis, basketball and cooking.

Dr. Bill Beauchamp will be joining the Orthopedic Surgery Department in October.  Dr. Beauchamp earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.  He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Michigan State University/Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac Michigan.  He has served in the United States Army since 1998, most recently serving at Fort Polk, LA.  Dr. Beauchamp is an avid musician, active as a youth leader in his church, a sports enthusiast and loves to travel with his family.  He will let you know that he was convinced that PMG was the place for him when Dr. Salyers drove him around town in his old farm truck and “jumped the curb” at the hospital.  Way to go Dr. Salyers…maybe I need to trade cars!
