Jennifer Seawell, M.D. has fulfilled all requirements to be certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. The requirements include completing an accredited residency program in pediatrics and passing written and oral examinations.

Dr. Seawell earned her Medical Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her residency at the Louisiana State University Pediatrics Residency Program. Dr. Seawell and her husband have one daughter.

As a specialist in pediatrics, Dr. Seawell provides preventative and comprehensive medical care for children of all ages. A pediatrician is trained to provide medical care to newborns through the adolescent years including preventative and well check-ups, young woman exams, and also diagnose and treat a broad range of medical problems.
