History
Premier Medical Group is a locally
owned and operated multi-specialty physician group practice.
Since its inception, Premier has grown from 24 physicians
to over 40 and from 125 employees to over 300. Premier
was selected as one of the top five innovative medical groups
in the country by the Medical Group Management Association.
Premier’s driving goals are to provide exceptional patient
service and maintain high quality, convenient medical care
in the most cost-effective way.

With primary care centers of excellence
located throughout Clarksville, Premier Medical Group offers
patients specialists in pediatrics, family
medicine and internal
medicine. “Our centers of excellence provide easy access
to primary care specialists,” says Dr. Mike Carrigan, Medical
Director for Premier Medical Group. “When you’re not feeling
well, it’s easier to get medical attention when your doctors
are nearby. Plus, making regular appointments are less of
a hassle because it fits right into your daily routine.”

When the need arises, patients

in: Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Rehab
Services, Imaging
Services, and Occupational
Medicine. By working closely with the patient’s
family doctor, Premier specialists provide patients with
the superior medical attention they deserve. By referring
patients internally, physicians are confident that their

Hours
Another
important service Premier extends to its Primary Care patients
is an after hours care office. The Governor’s Square
Mall clinic provides after hours care at night and on
weekends, 364 days of the year (closed on Christmas Day).
